Last up to 1.5 hrs and include health history, food diary analysis, nutrient imbalance assessment, test and supplement recommendations* and report. Prices from £89

Last 30 - 60 mins depending on the client's needs.

Before your consultation
You will be sent a detailed health questionnaire and food diary to complete and return to me at least 3 days before your consultation - failure to return this to me will result in lost consultation time and may mean your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

Consultation location
All consultations take place at Nourish to Flourish, 4 Elgin Rd, N22 7UE. Clients within a 3 mile radius may request a home visit, however this is at my discretion and may incur an additional fee.
Cancellations
Please notify me at least 24 hrs before your appointment if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations within 24 hrs or non-attendance will be charged at 50% of the consultation fee.

Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer 2 days prior to your consultation or by cash or cheque at your consultation.

*Supplements/functional tests
Functional tests and/or nutritional supplements may be recommended but you are under no obligation to buy them.
