Stephanie Ridley is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a passion for promoting health through food. After studying for 5 years at BCNH and gaining a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and a Diploma Distinction in Nutritional Therapy, she worked as an Academic and Clinical Tutor at her college before setting up Nourish to Flourish. As well as working one-to-one with clients, Stephanie consults businesses, providing nutritional content, talks and product guidance.

In 2009 Stephanie co-founded Fig & Bloom with chef, recipe developer and food photographer Dorothy Barrack. Fig & Bloom is a London-based nutrition, cooking and recipe development consultancy using science-based nutritional information to create fabulous tasting food, helping clients to nourish themselves easily, effectively and deliciously.

In 2017 Stephanie took-up a full time position as Nutrition Intern at Arsenal FC and is currently busy studying for post-graduate qualifications in sports & exercise nutrition.

She has written nutritional articles for local magazines such as Fabric, and contributed to national magazines including Men’s Health, Women’s Fitness and Now magazine. She has also written articles for Kiddicare and been interviewed by a number of radio and TV programmes to give comment on nutrition-related topics in the news. More recently, she has featured in Sian Williams' book Rise, Surviving & Thriving after Trauma, after working with Sian on nutrition for healing and recovery.

Stephanie is also a busy Mum, loves a physical challenge and can often be seen out running with her dog.
